Jackson & Co Construction is a privately owned residential construction company operating across the South West and select parts of Southern England.

We were established with a clear position: to operate as a development partner first and a contractor second.

Our work is focused on architect-led homes, strategic land schemes and carefully selected private residential projects. Every scheme we deliver is approached with the same principle - build it as if we own it.

Founded by Samuel Jackson and Jessica Gruber, the company combines deep construction experience with strong design perspective.

Samuel’s background spans structural carpentry, Reinforced concrete frameworks and full residential project delivery across both private and commercial environments. Jessica brings a refined design sensibility and an understanding of interior and property-led aesthetics.

That trade-rooted and design-informed foundation defines our culture: practical, disciplined and detail-driven.

We understand the commercial reality behind every project. Land value, programme pressure, capital exposure and long term asset performance are not abstract concepts to us - they are part of the decision-making process from day one.
