Who we are

Jackson & Co Construction is a privately owned residential construction company delivering architect-led homes, major renovations and carefully selected developments across Swindon, Wiltshire, Cheltenham, the Cotswolds and the wider South West.

We were established with a clear position: to think like a development partner, not simply a contractor. Every scheme is approached with the same principle—build it as if we own it.

Founded by Sam Jackson and Jessica Gruber, the company combines trade-rooted construction leadership with disciplined operations and a strong design perspective.

Sam began working in construction at 16. His experience spans carpentry, formwork and reinforced-concrete structures, site supervision on Crossrail and HS2, and more than 15 years of residential project delivery. Jessica oversees day-to-day operations across Jackson & Co while contributing to the group’s development vision, design direction and long-term planning.

That combination defines our culture: practical, accountable and attentive to detail.

We understand the commercial reality behind every project. Land value, programme pressure, capital exposure and long-term asset performance are considered from the outset—not treated as problems to resolve later.
