Every commission begins with the same disciplines: a clear scope, buildability review, programme, cost control, procurement, site leadership and quality assurance. Where possible, we become involved early and work alongside the design team to protect architectural intent while identifying risk before it reaches site.
Architect-Led Extensions & Renovations
We deliver major extensions, whole-house renovations and structural reconfiguration for homes that demand more than a standard building approach. Complex steelwork, altered layouts, sensitive junctions between old and new, specialist glazing and carefully resolved finishes are coordinated as one build—not treated as separate problems.
The result should feel coherent: considered by the architect, controlled through construction and built to last.
Bespoke New-Build Homes
We construct individually designed homes and carefully considered residential schemes. Our role extends beyond assembling the drawings. We test buildability, plan the sequence, coordinate consultants and trades, manage cost exposure and maintain senior oversight from pre-construction to handover.
Each home is delivered with the discipline we apply to our own developments: capital is respected, decisions are recorded and short-term compromises are not allowed to undermine the finished asset.
Pre-Construction & Delivery
Early involvement creates better outcomes. We can support buildability reviews, budget development, tendering, programme planning, procurement strategy and coordination between architects, structural engineers, consultants and specialist trades.
During construction, dedicated site leadership, structured reporting and direct director involvement keep the project moving and give the client and design team clear visibility.

We understand the value of a strong design team and the importance of protecting architectural intent through delivery. We collaborate with architects, consultants, private developers and landowners who want a construction partner able to engage with detail, programme, commercial pressure and long-term value.
As the construction arm of Jackson & Co Estates, we also bring a developer’s perspective to residential opportunities—from early feasibility and risk through to build and handover.
