Sam Jackson
Founder and Managing Director
Sam Jackson founded Jackson & Co Construction and Jackson & Co Estates to deliver architect-led residential projects with clarity, discipline and long-term intent.
His construction career began at 16, developing a trade-rooted foundation in carpentry, formwork and reinforced-concrete structures before progressing into site supervision on major infrastructure projects including Crossrail and HS2.
For more than 15 years, Sam has led residential builds, structural renovations and multi-six-figure projects, working closely with architects, consultants, trades and private clients. Jackson & Co is the evolution of that experience: disciplined delivery, commercial control and standards designed to protect the long-term value of every home.
Jessica Gruber
Director
Jessica Gruber is a Director of Jackson & Co Construction and Jackson & Co Estates, overseeing day-to-day operations and contributing to the group’s development vision, design direction and long-term planning.
Jessica brings structure, commercial awareness and a strong design instinct to the business. She helps align clients, consultants and delivery teams while ensuring that architectural intent is carried through into the practical detail of each project.
Her measured, people-focused approach strengthens the culture behind Jackson & Co: professional, accountable and committed to building relationships that endure.
