We do not pursue volume across an unlimited geography. Project intake is controlled so that each site receives dependable leadership, close coordination and direct senior oversight.
Location is considered alongside scope, complexity, programme and the professional team. For the right project, we work beyond our core area while maintaining the same delivery standards.
Swindon and Wiltshire
Our head office is in Swindon and Wiltshire is our core operating area. We work with private clients, architects and landowners on substantial extensions, whole-home renovations, bespoke new homes and residential development opportunities.
The area includes established urban neighbourhoods, villages and rural sites, each bringing different questions around access, existing structures, planning context and construction logistics.
Cheltenham and the Cotswolds
We consider architect-led residential projects across Cheltenham and the Cotswolds where design quality, material selection and sensitive integration with an existing building or landscape are central to the brief.
These projects often benefit from early contractor involvement so that bespoke details, structural requirements, access and procurement lead times are resolved before they affect the programme.
Bath and Bristol
Selected projects in Bath and Bristol are assessed against project scale, location, programme and fit. We are best suited to substantial renovations, complex extensions, individual new-build homes and schemes supported by a clear design and consultant team.
