Contemporary Village Extension & Structural Reconfiguration

Set within the village of Pewsey, this project balances contextual sensitivity with contemporary family living.

Thoughtfully detailed brickwork in complementary tones enhances the original property while respecting its surroundings. The rear extension integrates with the existing structure, using material contrast and proportion to create depth without disruption.

Internally, extensive structural alterations—including the installation of seven primary steel elements—enabled a complete reconfiguration of the space. A new heating system with underfloor heating throughout, feature lighting and refined finishes create a modern, light-filled interior designed for everyday family life.

The result is a home that feels rooted in its setting and confidently contemporary.
