Externally, thoughtfully detailed brickwork in complementary tones enhances the original property while respecting its surroundings. The rear extension integrates seamlessly with the existing structure, using material contrast and proportion to create depth without disruption.

Internally, extensive structural alterations - including the installation of seven primary steel elements - enabled a complete reconfiguration of space. A new heating system wit underfloor heating throughout, feature lighting and refined finishes elevate the interior to a modern, light-filled environment designed for everyday family life.
