Architect-Led Contemporary Extension & Renovation. This architect-designed residential transformation involved extensive structural reconfiguration and full modernization to support contemporary family living.

The project included a complete heating system upgrade, full electrical rewire and significant structural interventions - including primary steel elements exceeding 700kg to enable expansive internal volumes and refined spatial flow. A full new roof was constructed to enhance longevity and energy performance, alongside the installation of new aluminum glazing systems throughout to maximize light, efficiency and durability.

Externally, the rear envelope overhang creates purposeful shadow and depth, while real Canadian cedar cladding complements the neutral rendered facade - delivering a timeless yet distinctly contemporary finish.

The result is a considered home defined by structural integrity, architectural detail and disciplined execution.
